Green Acre Capital Fund I (GACF I)

Fund I Profile

GACF I represents Green Acre Capital's inaugural fund, setting the benchmark for private cannabis investment funds in Canada. With an initial goal of $20 million, GAC was able to surpass the raise target by $5 million and quickly move onto deployment. 

GACF I made it's first investments in 2017 and was fully deployed by July 2018.

A sample of the portfolio includes positions in: Tokyo Smoke (eventually becoming HIKU, then later acquired by Canopy), Anandia Labs (acquired by Aurora Cannabis), Humble & Fume, Ample Organics, Green Tank Technologies, Aqualitas Inc., YSS, iVIK, Future State Brands and Trait Biosciences.
